Nowy silnik 8 cylindrowy dostępny jest w dwóch wersjach: o pojemności 3502 i 3820 cm³.

Hudson Super Eight Roadster on short-wheelbase chassis. One of ten body styles on two chassis lengths (wb 119 and 126 in.). Windshield could be opened, or folded flat completely. Double-bar front bumper is typical of modern American cars. Colours: 'cheerfully smart, or subdued and dignified, as you prefer'. Super Eight Brougham on long-wheelbase chassis has a fabric-covered rear-quarter panels and 'Landau Arms'. Wire wheels and two spares are optional. (Standard: wood wheels, one spare rim, five tyres).
