A number of modifications were introduced to Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud III in the early spring, including, on four-door models, the raising of the headlamp fairings to accommodate the 'R-R' monogram. On two-door versions the monogram is incorporated on flat surrounds to the headlamps. A later modification made only to the standard and standard long-wheelbase saloons and the James Young long-wheelbase saloon was the introduction of wider wheel rims.
