Vauxhall Light Six D-Series comprise 12 HP DY and 14 HP DX models which differs only in engine size. Both has six cylinders with 100-mm piston stroke but the bore is 57 mm for the 1.53-litre DY and 61.5 mm for the 1.78-litre DX.
Vauxhall 25 HP G-Series was introduced in August. There are two wheelbase lengths: Model GY with 9 ft 2½ in for Saloon, Sports Saloon and Drophead Coupé and Model GL with 10 ft 10 in for Seven-Seater Saloon and Limousine. These cars has a 3215-cc (81.94 x 101.6 mm) OHV six-cylinder engine, giving a maximum speed of 80 mph. Standard equipment include a heater. 1936/37 models had a clutch-pedal-operated starter.
