In conjuction with the misunderstandings between Voisin and Gnome & Rhone, it seemed that the project would be forgotten, but a group of Spanish entrepreneurs saw opportunities for him in motoring starving Spain. The patent was handed over to the French factory "Compagnie Aeromecanique Francaise" to start its production in Spain.
