Berkeley 500 Coupé

Berkeley 500 (samochody osobowe 109 i 111)  

Coupé jest najlepiej wyposażonym ze wszystkich dotychczasowych Berkeleyów. Posiada wskaźnik poziomu paliwa i amperomierz, aluminiowe nakładki na kołach i kracie wlotu powietrza. To samo wyposażenie można zamówić do roadstera deluxe, który ma ponadto dwa gaźniki.
Oprócz roadstera "500", Berkeley wprowadził 4 miejscowe, zamknięte nadwozie, dokonując przedłużenia o 200 mm i poszerzenia wersji bazowej. Model ten nazywa się Foursome. Mimo że napędzany tym samym silnikiem 492 cm³, z ceną 465 funtów nie okazał się atrakcyjny dla nabywców. Powstało niecałe 20 sztuk.

The Berkeley range was extended in the autumn of 1957 by the introduction of a new three-cylinder two-stroke 492-cc triple-carburettor engine and a new hard-top Coupé body style. The '492' have the same body as the "328" and feature a four-speed gearbox. The '328' Sports was continued with a number of modifications until the spring when it was discontinued. The '492' Sports and Drophead Coupé models are available to either a standard or de luxe specification. All have front-wheel drive.
