Six Series DU (6 cyl., 217.8 cu.in., 85 h.p.: wb: 116 in.) DU Six is the only 1935 Dodge model, with choice of various body styles. Engine is 3569-cc L-head (export option: DV 2794-cc). Ninety-five advancements are listed by the Dodge engineers for their new model, but we won't pretend to enumerate them. Dodge puts all ninety-five together, calls it Airglide, and tells you the new ensemble skims over the roughest roads without jolt or jar. They also call it synchromatic control, a mechanical improvement, which makes for almost completely effortless steering, almost completely effortless shifting, and ditto operation of clutch and brake pedals. The idea is to make driving almost completely effortless. Hydraulic brakes and all-steel bodies are the safety arguments which are thrown in for extra measure.
