MG Midget Series GAN 2 Sports. Changes introduced in the autumn of 1962 include a larger engine (1098-cc), Lockheed front disc brakes as standard, modifications to the gearbox and carpets in place of rubber mats. Wire wheels are optionally available.
MG 1100 Saloon. High performance version of the Morris 1100 announced in the autumn of 1961. Distinguishable by traditional square MG grille and available in four-door and two-door (export only) form, this popular variant feature a twin-carburettor, 52-bhp version of the 1098-cc engine and more refined interior appointments.
